Imagine this: You pull up to The Pink Palace on a beautiful sunny day. You enter the home with our self check-in keyless entry to find that you have “Landed” in a vacation dream. You drop your bags and can’t help but to observe all the little details that make the space unique. You take a seat on the cognac leather couch, and start admiring the tastefully curated Modern Art Deco interior design that was inspired by the homes’ era. Looking over at the record player, you decide to select an album from our locally sourced collection, that would best suit the visual audio-scape of the moment.

With high ceilings, floor to ceiling velvet drapes, a cognac leather couch, and unique art pieces, it’d be hard to not enjoy hanging out in this room.

The Pink Palace has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths in the main house with over 3,100 sq ft. of living space. The bedrooms are large and relaxing, with each bedroom having it’s own unique feel to it. For optimum comfort, all bedrooms feature King sized premium mattresses dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding.
Spacious with a large closet, dresser and daybed. The attached bathroom has original tile from the 1930's as well as a mirror vanity with a light. It comes fully stocked with towels, and toiletries.
While it doesn't have an en-suite, it has it's own private balcony overlooking the pool and lush backyard, as well as a queen sized futon.
That is just as large and tastefully decorated, has a sofa bed and a roll out mattress to sleep 2 extra.
Your own private space away from the main house. Equipped with a shower, premium king sized bed, and a full size pull out couch to sleep 4 total.
Fully stocked with premium cotton towels and toiletries.
This bathroom is shared between the guests staying in the middle bedroom, and the primary suite #2.
Upon entering the beautiful stained glass front door, you immediately notice the dinning room set for 8 – It’s rich hues and tiled ceiling have you feeling some kind of way about your next dinner party. Directly off the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen… it’s sunlit breakfast nook, and saltillo tile will have the chef in your group rearing to go. If you’re looking for something extra special, ask us about the gourmet chef that will come over and cook a special dinner for the whole family or a romantic dinner just for 2!

Sprawl out on the plush blue velvet sectional, close the blinds, and watch your favorite show or Movie on the big screen. Gather around the large coffee table and choose from one of our many games to play and interact with each other. Open the large king sized beanbag and lay out with the whole fam or just throw the kids in there so they can have a slumber party 🙂

This large TV room is the coziest room in the house. The large deep seated velvet couch is irresistible to lounge on.

Ready to book The Pink Palace yet? Grab a cold drink and head out to the sparkling pool that’s been calling you through the picture windows since you first walked in the house. Choose any one of the multiple hang out spots on the 1/4 of an acre oasis to relax into, and soak up the breeze and the vibe. Open up the remote controlled awning to shade your al-fresco lunch experience on the veranda, while watching the kids swim.
As night falls, all the twinkling lights start to come on and you suddenly feel as though you are in a magical paradise. Pull off the hot tub cover, get the jets going, and let your stresses melt into the warm waters as you gaze up at the starry night.

Night lighting & Sweet Breezes
Your own private Casita away from the main home, or bring the in-laws along and have a separate dwelling from them. Located 50ft from the back door of the house, you’ll find the charming yet somewhat rustic Casita. Equipped with a small bathroom/ shower combo, and stocked kitchenette.
The Casita features a mini-fridge w/freezer, coffee maker, single burner, & toaster oven. Aside from the premium King size bed, there is also a full size sofa bed that sleeps 2, and a smart TV with amazon fire stick. The rustic part comes from the floor being slightly un-level from years of San Antonio soil shifting.
Cool little studio, away from the main house, equipped with a king bed, it’s own bathroom, and kitchenette.
Full size pull out couch, to sleep 2.
Kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee maker, hot plate, and toaster oven. The spiral staircase is cool, but just leads to an unfinished attic space, it’s blocked off.

Monticello Park is a beautiful Historic neighborhood, in the Deco district of San Antonio. It became a popular area for doctors and lawyers to build unique estates in the 1930’s. It is 5 blocks from Woodlawn Lake, a large park in the middle of the city that is a center for lots of fun outdoor activities.

You can walk, bike, take public transportation, or drive. Parking is easy, and the neighborhood is lovely to walk around and look at all of the beautiful and unique historic homes.
